The Saniflo UP Macerator Pump is an innovative solution for installing a toilet in locations where conventional plumbing is not feasible, such as basements or loft conversions. This macerator pump allows for a single toilet installation and efficiently pumps waste water away to a drainage pipe located up to 100 meters away horizontally or 4 meters vertically. With its compact design, it fits discreetly behind a WC, making it an ideal choice for home improvements.

In fact, I bought two, and I added a 16 bar rubber sleeve and a piece of 100mm PVC tube to make the change in 15 minutes flat!!

As a replacement for a faulty SFA model, it replaces it without any problems; excellent product.

On the face of it a very straightforward DIY replacement for a similar one more than 10 years old. But I struggled a lot to stretch the rubber bellows onto the unit and onto the pipe from the toilet. There is probably a technique for doing this but I don’t know it and there was no advice to help.
