A Saniaccess 1 is a unit that connects to the back of your toilet and effectively chops up waste into slurry to allow easy pumping into your home’s sewage system. They give you the flexibility to install a WC where you might have thought that it’s either impossible or impractical.
With correct use and installation you won’t need to worry about them creating any bad smells or being difficult to clean either!
The Saniaccess 1 macerator is activated automatically by the water entering the unit. This water is then forced through the discharge pipe and then finally the non-return valves to prevent it from returning back into the unit.

Saniflow is no longer the quality it once was. The design is very imperfect which makes it good for nothing but toilet waste. The side inlets did not allow the pump to operate as expected, even though the water height exceeded the required minimum. Waste from the toilet was pumped out the side inlet into my shower as the flimsey rubbish rubber flap intended to create a one way valve did not work at all.

Good instructions and fairly easy to fit. Quiet on operation. Although more expensive than some other makes it should prove reliable. My last Saniflow had been in 27 years and still working. No maintenance over that time. Thought I should get a new one with a washroom and toilet refit.
