The seasoned fish is placed on a stainless steel board, which can be fastened to the side of the grill or brazier using an adjustable mount.

Installation

Fasten the salmon board using the adjustable mount at the side of the grill or brazier.

The mounting features five levels to ensure the perfect distance to the fire.

Usage

Before use, oil the untreated cedar board.

Watering the salmon board is necessary only if you cannot maintain a distance of 20 cm between the fish and the fire.

The salmon is ready when the protein comes out of the fillet.

The board can also be used to serve meals, showcasing the wonderful smoky flavor of the fish.

Other information

Easy cleaning under warm water; stainless steel is dishwasher-safe.
