Spice up your life with this set of 4 salmon smoker boards made from untreated cedar wood. These boards are perfect for preparing traditional salmon fillets, allowing you to enjoy a delicious smoky flavor. The seasoned fish is placed on a stainless steel board and fastened with an adjustable mount that can be attached to the side of the grill or brazier.

Installation

Fasten the salmon board using the adjustable mount on the side of the grill or brazier.

The mounting features five levels to ensure the perfect distance from the fire.

Usage

Before use, oil the untreated cedar board to enhance performance.

If maintaining a distance of 20 cm between the fish and the fire is not possible, watering the salmon board is recommended.

The salmon is ready when the protein comes out of the fillet.

The board can also be used to serve meals, showcasing the wonderful smoky flavor of the fish.
