Very disappointed with this order. The wood was not protected, including a broken upright and several pieces with missing paint due to dents. Assembly was too complicated and poorly explained. A shame.

problem of parts for assembly!

Disappointing experience. I ordered a 200cm long model, but I received a 190cm one (it's 10cm too short, which is unacceptable). Furthermore, assembly is a real headache: the instructions are incomprehensible; you practically need to be an engineer to figure it out! As for the quality of the mattress itself, it seems okay at first glance, but we'll see how it holds up over time. I don't recommend it if you're looking for simplicity.

The products are good, it is complicated to assemble since there are many pieces and the explanations are not clear, at home we are used to assembling furniture and this has been the most complicated by far
