Description

General description

PROFHOME primer is a professional-grade adhesion promoter designed for interior walls and heavyweight wallpaper. This ready-to-use, white-pigmented product enhances adhesion for wallpaper pastes, non-woven and fiber pastes, and paint coatings on wall and ceiling surfaces. It is ideal for achieving a perfect bond with heavy-weight wall coverings such as renovation wall liners, textile or glass fiber wall coverings, and glass fiber wallpaper. Additionally, it helps correct color tone differences on surfaces.

Installation

Ensure the surface is smooth, clean, dry, absorptive, and stable.

Repair any fissures and gaps with filler and remove any unevenness.

Apply using a brush, paint-brush, roller, spraying devices, or airless painting devices.

For very absorbent surfaces, it is recommended to treat the area with an adequate primer beforehand.

Minimum application temperature: +5°C for air and surface during application and drying.

Drying time (normal atmospheric humidity): approx. 12 to 24 hours.

Usage

Apply at a rate of approx. 120 - 150 ml/m², depending on the absorptivity of the substrate.

After drying, the surface is ready for wallpaper application.

Clean working equipment with water after use.
