Description

General description

This coilover kit is designed specifically for VW Caddy Van Mk3 and Mk4 models from 2004 to 2020. It allows for height adjustment, enabling a lowering range of 0-25mm depending on the vehicle model. Please note that this kit does not include a rear shackle kit, which is available separately if needed.

Installation

Use the vehicle's original upper mounts (not included in the product kit).

All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and in compliance with local modification regulations.

Ensure all components are tightened with correct torque specifications before and after installation.

Impact wrench is prohibited during installation to avoid loosening or damaging the product.

Examine the clearance between tires and suspension; the minimum clearance should be 4mm. If not, wheel spacers may be required.

Usage

Regular maintenance is suggested for the coilovers. Spraying with WD40 every 3-4 months will help keep them smooth and clean, extending their lifetime.

Other information

Compatible with VW Caddy MK3 (03/2004-05/2015) and VW Caddy MK4 (05/2015-2020).

Some models may require modification; not suitable for Facelift models (2010-2015).
