Able to cut wooden doors from 30mm-85mm thick and fit locks of up to 100mm, the T-Mech Mortice Jig is efficient to operate. You’ll be able to complete a full mortice in as little as 5 minutes! With fully adjustable guide rods, height stops, and depth stops, the Mortice Jig makes morticing easy, even for beginners. These stops ensure you don’t overrun the cut, so all you have to do is mark up the lock, tighten the frame into place, and you’re ready to go. Perfect for tradespeople in the locksmith and building trade, it allows you to mortice many doors in less time than most other tools on the market.
