Installation

Ensure there is enough space in your vehicle for installation.

Make sure the oil drain line is lower than the turbo itself.

Gasoline vehicles must install a water cooling device to avoid overheating.

Professional installation is highly recommended due to the degree of modification required.

Analyze and eliminate the cause of the previous turbo failure before installing the new turbocharger.

Usage

Adjust oil pressure and ensure the turbocharger is fully lubricated to prevent shaft play and damage.

Replace, repair, or reconnect the air cleaner element per the manufacturer's manual to avoid compressor wheel damage.

Ensure exhaust outlets are well sealed by welding.
