General description

Thompson's One Coat Water Seal is a high-performance waterproofing solution that utilizes a unique micro silicone emulsion to effectively prevent water penetration. This product is designed for easy application, requiring just one coat directly onto damp surfaces, providing long-lasting protection within hours. It is ideal for use on various materials including brick, concrete, stone, and wood, and helps to stop damage caused by freeze and thaw while reducing efflorescence.

Installation

Prepare the surface by scrubbing it with a stiff bristle brush.

Fill any cracks and perform pointing repairs if necessary.

Shake the tin well before use.

Apply using a brush or roller, working in 1m sections from the bottom upwards.

Ensure the entire area, including mortar lines, is saturated.

Once an area is fully saturated, move on to the next section.

Only one coat is needed for effective protection.

Usage

Apply directly onto damp surfaces for optimal results.

Clean equipment with warm water and detergent after use.
