Toupret Wall Hardener is a stabilizing substrate hardener designed to improve the adhesion of fillers and coatings. It penetrates deeply to harden and stabilize loose or powdery substrates, making it ideal for both interior and exterior surfaces. This colorless product is moisture vapor permeable and can be applied over distemper, ensuring a strong foundation for subsequent layers.
