Installation

Professional installation is highly recommended. Here are some key steps to follow before installation:

Replace oil supply lines and fittings to prevent oil flow restrictions.

Avoid using silicone or thread tape.

Ensure all openings to the turbo are clear and not blocked.

Shut off fuel or disable ignition and crank the engine for at least 15 seconds to raise oil pressure.

Allow the engine to fast idle (1,000 RPM) for 3-5 minutes to seat turbo seals.

Always let the engine idle for 3-5 minutes before shutdown to ensure proper lubrication.

When changing oil, be sure to prime the oil filter.

Usage

This turbocharger is designed for repairing or rebuilding the complete turbo system. It is essential to confirm that your old turbo part number matches one of the listed part numbers for compatibility.
