Description
General Description The underground cable detector is an essential tool for locating buried wires and cables. It uses an advanced frequency generation device that emits an alarm sound at the audible end, allowing for precise cable identification. The sound intensity increases as you get closer to the cable, making it easier to locate. In noisy environments, external headphones can be used to better hear the signals. The device also features a DC level test function, the intensity of which is indicated by the brightness of an indicator: the brighter the light, the higher the level. Other information: Caution: Do not use on live circuits to avoid damaging the tester. Designed primarily for positioning de-energized cables or low-voltage cables below 24V. Compatible only with single-core or two-core wires, not with multi-core or bundled wires.
