Installation

Professional installation is highly recommended.

Checklist before installation:

Replace oil supply lines and fittings to avoid oil flow restrictions.

Avoid using silicone or thread tape.

Ensure all openings to the turbo are clear.

Disable ignition and crank the engine for at least 15 seconds to raise oil pressure.

Allow the engine to fast idle (1,000 RPM) for 3-5 minutes to seat turbo seals.

Let the engine idle for 3-5 minutes before shutdown to prevent turbo damage.

Prime the oil filter when changing oil.

Usage

Keep the turbine and compressor clean after installation to prevent damage.

Ensure the turbo cartridge is set at the correct pressure to avoid oil leaks and noise.

Confirm that the old turbo part number matches one of the provided part numbers before installation.
