A very poorly made kit with screw holes that do not match up and screws supplied are made from metal, that is so soft, the Allen keys provided - almost immediately churns the screw fitting, into a circle, so has lost the grip. This has left screws protruding so badly, I had to employ an engineer to extract the screws at considerable cost to remove them and replace them with new quality screws, as well as having to re drill the holes into the correct alignment - to enable the screws to seat correctly. Do not buy this kit, unless you are both an engineer and experienced carpenter. Be aware that the Acacia wood is very hard, so the above is to be noted. Not recommended at this price, nor quality.

The packaging is not suitable, fortunately the carrier has reinforced it so that the product is not damaged

Not too difficult to assemble except some details have complicated life: it lacked a screw (and they are special); a prepared hole has dropped (broken wood); everything is not 100% square, you have to force a little bit. Also we received the product in two times a few days apart, and the first package contained no explanation (or list), it was believed a shipping error. A difficulty inherent in the product: in the vicinity of the trunk, the soil is uneven, we must look for ways to equalize (we put shims). But all in all we are happy, the result is good, no regrets.

The bank is visually very nice and not too expensive. The assembly takes some effort in two people, but the result is worth it. Unfortunately, the center strut of a seating segment broke when my normal weight wife sat on it. The complaint was settled quickly and in a customer-friendly manner by both the dealer and ManoMano.

It will look very nice in your garden. The quality of the wood leaves something to be desired but for the price it has you can be satisfied. The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired but once you guess how it's done it's easy
