It takes several hours of assembly and in case of power failure, there is no crank for winding. Otherwise, correct quality.

hello, I bought this awning because I found it to be good and reasonably priced. The delivery was fast but incomplete because a package was missing (the safe). After email the package finally arrives. Then, it's the assembly and nothing goes, everything is too big by 5 cm .... or the first part to be assembled is too small. And by modifying it (+ 5 cm) everything adjusts. And finally, unnumbered sketches on the pseudo assembly instructions are on it but absent in the packages. My editing is finished and I still have the installation but I fear the worst. I do not recommend this product which will only give you a headache but no shade.
This product isn't described as it is. It comes in 5 boxes which have to physically put together to make the awning into a one piece. The motor comes separate along with numerous parts. I purchased one which was ready to put up with two brackets and just had to wire it in. 30 minutes to do rather than hours upon hours of work putting it together.
