You need to have good eyes to read the instructions. Very small numbers and the meaning of the T was not noted, you need to have good logic. Nothing was missing, however, nothing more. I doubt it will hold up well over time because the ties are fragile, when attaching, a hole was formed. I think it's a little expensive for what it is, but until it's more durable, it will do the job. I really recommend installing it sheltered from the wind?
