Damaged
When this product arrived it was in terrible condition every component cover in either scratches white sticky dots or had chunks taken out and covered with a bad paint job. The customer service when trying to send the back has been appalling aswell I bought 2 sets and they've only sent for collect of one even though I said multiple times i was returning 2 and had many problems whilst email that it became more inconvenient. Very unhappy with the product and service I have received. Read more

Only Issue I have is when the unit is on the wall the retaining chrome nuts are visible. I got round patches of similar colour to help cover them. Read more

Very easy to build, took about 15minutes, it did need a good clean after as covered in chip board dust & a glue residue. Cleaned up very well with a damp cloth, overall a great product for the price. Was very well packaged for delivery. I’m a very happy lady ! Read more

The Shelves are exactly what we wanted. Some of the boards had chips but we have filled with white nail varnish. Someone needs to inspect product before shipping more thoroughly, But on the whole very pleased. Read more

Good but misleading
Product is excellent, a lot more sturdy than I had anticipated. Only downside is that raw plugs and screws to fix to the wall are not included (even though item description says everything is included for fixing to the wall). But other than that, a great product at a very reasonable price. Read more
