Usage

Suitable for underfloor heating

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile

Airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally one or two days) helps to fade the natural scent of the material

Remove stains immediately with a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle

Turn the rug 180° periodically to ensure even wear and prevent fading from sun exposure

For tough stains, scrape off dirt and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth; use wool washing liquid if necessary

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning

Use only rug recommended cleaners

Contact an expert for tough stain removal

Each handwoven piece may slightly differ in color, pattern, and size (+/- 5-7 cm), which is not considered a defect

The rug may shed occasionally due to its fabric, which is a standard process and not a defect

After unpacking, allow the rug up to 72 hours to straighten; placing a heavy weight on the ends can help
