General description

The wolfcraft Dowelmaster is an essential tool for creating perfect dowel joints effortlessly, even for beginners. It features an adjustable stop and three integrated drill guide bushes designed for 6, 8, and 10 mm dowel pins, ensuring precise alignment for corner, T-butt, and edge-to-edge joints.

Installation

For face drill holes, adjust the drill bit depth stop according to the board thickness and dowel length without needing additional tools.

Secure the dowel-master between the two centring bolts on the face edge of the board.

For edge-to-edge joints, clamp both boards to the workbench and align the dowel-master over the inserted dowel pin before drilling.

For corner joints, drill all holes in the face side first, glue the dowel pins, and adjust the stop for precise drilling into the undrilled board.

For T-butt joints, drill the first board, glue the dowel pins, and align the dowel-master for drilling the counterpart.

Usage

Very practical product for trunnion assembly and easy to use. For my part, I have to apply myself more to stay straight when drilling. On the other hand, a weird thing, I have 2 sets of drill bits (diameter 8 mm), the 1st goes well in the guide, but not the second ...
