Zinsser Wallpaper Cover-Up is an all-in-one, high hiding primer, sealer, and stain-block that effectively obliterates wallpaper print, providing a smooth off-white matt finish. It is suitable for all types of wallpaper and can be used under any coloured emulsion, preventing blistering and ensuring a durable surface for painting.
