Description
The Metabo AHS 18-55 V Hedge Trimmer features specially designed blades that generate less wear, resulting in twice the lifespan. It provides a clean and precise cut thanks to diamond-ground blades on both sides at a 30° angle. The double reduction gearing ensures high cutting performance. Designed for user comfort, it offers low-vibration operation, ergonomic handling, and a soft-grip handle. A trigger guard with twig feed protects against kickbacks, and an electronic brake stops the blade quickly within 0.3 seconds. This tool is supplied as a bare unit without battery or charger.

Published on 25/04/2020, FranceBasic product but of quality and especially compatible with 18v batteries Light and handy easy to use to quietly cut the hedges the model 55 suits me perfectly For info my 3A battery held 30 minutes without problem It is necessary to provide 2 batteries of 3A. Using my 5.5A battery seems too heavy for this tool

Visit the METABO storeMETABO, a brand of the German company Metabo Werke Gmbh, is an epitome of German entrepreneurship. It was founded by Albrecht Schnizler in 1923 in Nürtingen (Baden-Württemberg), in the backroom of his parents' bakery. A passionate inventor, he designed the first hand-held drill capable of piercing metal, which was widely used at the time. Named the n°18, it sold over 50,000 units, mainly in Great Britain.
