Driver carried the product from the van to our patio. On opening the first box found the glass table top was shattered in the box. Emailed Mano who immediately ordered a new top and sent it out for free. Furniture easy to put together from easy to follow instructions. Looks good on the patio and feels well made. Liked furniture so much, have since ordered 2 further dining chairs
