The Bloggs 7 Tonne Horizontal Log Splitter steps up from the 5 tonne model with a 2200W motor and 7 tonnes of splitting force, still running from a standard 230V supply. It handles the same log capacity as the 5 tonne, up to 520mm long and 250mm in diameter, but the extra force gives more headroom on harder or knottier wood without labouring.
The horizontal design keeps the log securely positioned during the split for consistent, controlled results, and the integrated safety cage adds operator protection during use. The 3-litre hydraulic oil system drives smooth ram operation, and at 120cm x 40cm x 62cm with the cage fitted, it fits in a garage, shed, or workshop without needing dedicated storage space.
