Bedec Extra-Flex Masonry Paint in Swans Down is an elastomeric masonry paint designed to protect and enhance exterior surfaces such as masonry, roughcast, pebble-dash, brickwork, cement, and concrete. This flexible, microporous coating stretches up to 400% to accommodate substrate movement, preventing cracking that often occurs with conventional masonry paints. It is suitable for application on previously painted surfaces after proper preparation.
