This is a very effective sealant for our shed roof, used over felt shingles laid at a shallow angle so not effectively waterproof - this sealed the joints very effectively and retained the effect of the shingle style roof. Did require a good stir before use but once well mixed was easy to apply using a 100mm brush (applied without overbrushing so remained fairly thick), dried fast and was recoated the following day (brush kept in a plastic bag and remained fully usable).
Easy to use and flowed well over the flat roof . It was the hottest day of the year -probably !! Thunder storms on the way so testing times ahead !!
