General description

maXpeedingrods B1 series coilovers are designed for Vauxhall Astra G Mk4 (1998-2004) and provide an excellent solution for replacing old struts while enhancing handling performance. These adjustable suspension lowering kits maintain the original equipment (OE) ride quality while allowing for height adjustments.

Installation

All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and comply with local modification regulations.

Ensure all components are tightened to the correct torque specifications before and after installation.

Impact wrench is prohibited during installation to avoid loosening or damaging the product.

Check the clearance between tires and suspension; minimum clearance should be 4mm, otherwise, wheel spacers may be needed.

Usage

Regular maintenance is recommended; spray with WD40 every 3-4 months to keep the coilovers smooth and clean, extending their lifetime.

Inspect for any loose nuts, bolts, or locks to prevent noise and potential issues.
