The delivery from XDExpress wasn’t good as I had a text on the day saying delivering but no time slot. They brought 1 radiator while I was out, which they left which was fine as I’d only nipped out but we wondered where the other 2 were as my account said delivered The next day I received a text from DHL with an hours time slot and they delivered within that hour so that delivery was excellent

I am very pleased with this purchase, the website was easy to navigate and I found the radiator I wanted very easily. . Purchasing was also very easy and quick. I am unable to comment on the ease of fitting or efficiency as the radiator has not yet been fitted but I am sure my plumber will have no problem. My only issue is with the delivery which was from a third party, I live in a flat and the radiator was left on the pavement outside I did not even get a ring on the bell, it was only that I was watching for a delivery at the appropriate delivery time I saw this being left,
