For both interior and exterior applications, Dulux Trade Wood Primer in White is designed to provide excellent adhesion on hardwoods and softwoods. This primer seals the surface effectively, ensuring a strong foundation for subsequent paint layers.

Technical specifications

Coverage: 15m² per litre

Touch dry: 4-6 hours (dependent upon temperature/humidity)

Recoatable: 16-24 hours

Thinning: Not usually necessary for normal use; for hardwoods, add up to 1 part of white spirit to 10 parts paint

It’s great, not cheap but. . . .you get what you pay for, and this is real paint, with oil in it, not the wish washy, environmental do-Gooders rubbish, use may as well paint skimmed milk on your wood as use that ! This Dulux stuff mixes easy, goes on easy, don’t smell too bad ( it probably tastes all right as well but I don’t think I’ll bother to find out ! ) it covers well and drys reasonably quickly. Great product, can’t fault it
