AVOID THIS PRUNING SHEAR!: The one I received was defective: it was very difficult to switch from "Stand-by" to "On", and you had to press the trigger several times with a "double-click" to activate it. Two of us noticed this. And Einhell customer service refused to listen: no refund, no exchange, and instead they sent me an invoice for 102.60 euros to send it back to me as it was, saying that everything was working perfectly, ignoring the right to be reimbursed following the return of the device within 14 days of purchase, and I'm not even talking about the warranty. In short, don't buy these pruning shears, AVOID EINHELL!
