Instructions for use in English only I went through the translator.... Cutting capacity limited to diameter 25mm....beyond that you have to turn around the section to be cut...

This device is great, cuts well as in the description. Bravo to the Menkey -FR after-sales service. We had a problem with the pruning shears after 10 minutes, but this problem was resolved in 48 hours after only two exchanges by email. In the end, we highly recommend the pruning shears and the Menkey-Fr company.
