Tray was delivered on day expected, but we had to stay in all day.... Most companies nowadays give time slots, but delivery time on this one was either of two days, 7am to 7pm.... Luckily it came on first day at a time when we just happened to be in. Unfortunately first tray was damaged. Contacted customer services and they were brilliant. New tray came very next day, and this time scheduled delivery was only 1 day. Unfortunately this time we missed the delivery, but then the delivery was re-attempted when we were in, so all good in the end?
