nicely packed and good delivery. Still not fixed as I have to remove the existing central heating radiator to full testing not yet completed. Biggest gripe - a salways for these things, designed by experts who know how these things work. i found it very difficult to follow the instructions the the settings screen is very small and down low and in my case at the wrong end of the heater so I cant see it without moving furniture and sitting on the floor. Could do with a remote adjuster.

This is fantastic and so much more economical, I didnt have a radiator in my kitchen so this is heating this room beautifully now! Clicks on and off when reaches your desired temperature and retains heat really well once switched off. Customer service also fantastic ? will be purchasing a smaller one for my cinservatory too, no more convection heaters think paying abit more will be a lasting investment overall on energy savings
