Bought 3 of those for my bedrooms and does the job heats up the rooms quickly. Not sure of its running costs yet waiting on the electricity bill.

This panel heater is so far really good bought 3 they heat up the rooms very quickly and help maintain the temperature, highly recommended, just have to wait for electricity bill to see if its efficient.
