impossible to assemble the product which was in two packages, having received only one part, after complaint to the supplier, for 8 days the second package has still not left the warehouses ???? where is the seriousness of the supplier ??

This product description says retractable roof. It doesn’t have a retractable roof. The only way to get the roof retracted is by taking it off completely. The fabric is two long pieces that go across the top and down one side or the other. Quality is actually pretty good and delivery was on the first day I expected it and I got lots of updates about it. Pretty easy to build if there is two of you, maybe the instructions could be a little more detailed because we made some errors but they were easily fixed with some common sense. My gripe is that I’ve spent money on something that doesn’t fit the product description

This product is a good idea, but a big flaw is that you have to remove the canvas otherwise it will cause pockets of water when it rains and it flies when it is windy! To remedy this we had to make a transparent poycarbonate roof

Lack of clean finishes. Product not badly scratched upon receipt. Due to transport? Packaging not reinforced enough in my opinion. The iron tubes on top of each other are damaged. Very easy to assemble. Value for money, however interesting in view of the prices charged by competing products.
