Description

General description

These chrome plated curved electric towel rails feature an energy-efficient PTC electric heating element, combining cost-effective operation with excellent handcrafted build quality. They are filled with a glycol solution to prevent freezing and corrosion, while also reducing noise compared to traditional towel warmers filled with water.

Installation

This towel rail must be installed outside of the bathroom and connected via a switched 5amp fuse box by a qualified electrician.

Usage

The heating element operates at full power until the towel warmer reaches its working temperature of 70°C, after which the power is reduced to maintain this temperature, making it more cost-effective than standard electrical elements. The timer allows you to control when the towel rail switches on and off, optimizing energy use by heating rooms only when needed.

Other information

A small air gap is provided within the filled rail to allow for the expansion of the liquid when heated. The towel rail is plated with 40 microns of copper, 15 microns of bright nickel, and a minimum of 60 microns of chrome plating for superior corrosion and rust resistance, resulting in a flawless luxury finish. Central heating and dual fuel versions are also available.
