Description

General description

Aquanett is a powerful, biodegradable, water washable remover and cleaner designed to strip new, old, and encrusted oils from exterior wooden surfaces affected by UV rays. It effectively cleans severely weathered wood and is free from solvents and paraffin, making it suitable for environmentally sensitive areas. Its gel consistency prevents it from running, making it ideal for vertical surfaces.

Application temperature: Between 5°C and 35°C

Maximum pressure for flushing: 60 bars / 870 psi

Usage

Can be used on all exterior wood types, including pressure treated woods, softwoods, hardwoods, and Thermowood.

Ideal for surfaces such as garden furniture, decking, and cladding.

Apply a thick coat over the entire surface to be stripped.

Allow the product to work for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Scrub the surface with a stiff nylon scrubbing brush while flushing with water.

Thoroughly rinse the surface with fresh clean water after stripping.

Immediately treat stripped surfaces with Net-Trol while still wet to neutralize the surface.

Always carry out a preliminary test prior to use.

Wear chemical resistant gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing during application.

Other information

For best results, use hot water during application.

Cover and protect areas not intended for stripping, including plants, shrubs, and aluminum surfaces.

When stripping vertical surfaces, work from bottom to top to avoid streaking.

If Aquanett darkens the wood, do not allow it to dry before using Net-Trol.

Clean up with water, as Aquanett is biodegradable.

Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces.

If drying occurs, mist the surface with water to dampen it.
