General description

Owatrol Primall is a fast-drying interior primer designed to block and hide unknown stains while priming difficult surfaces. It effectively addresses stains caused by water, fire, smoke damage, and food substances like ketchup and mustard. Primall stabilizes porous surfaces to prevent shadowing on the finish coat and can be applied directly to smooth surfaces without sanding. Additionally, it serves as an anti-corrosion primer for lightly rusted surfaces, enhancing the performance and ease of applying the finish.
