Description

General description

Owatrol Primall is a fast-drying interior primer designed to block and hide unknown stains while priming difficult surfaces. It effectively addresses stains caused by water, fire, smoke damage, food substances (like ketchup or mustard), and felt pens. When applied to porous surfaces, Primall stabilizes the surface and prevents shadowing on the finish coat. It can also be used on smooth surfaces without the need for sanding and can be applied over lightly rusted surfaces as an anti-corrosion primer, enhancing the performance of the finish and simplifying the application process.
