Very poor quality, gaps everywhere and poorly finished in places. Also been instructed I have to pay to send back even though it’s of poor quality

Look nice. Build quality could be better as can see daylight though some of the wood on side

I love the layout of this and so does our hamster. It’s made out of really soft wood though and after a week, she’s nibbled a lot around the windows. I think I’m going to have to put a Perspex sheet over it before she completely destroys it or worse, gets out! The door hinges were on wrong so I had to move them and the instructions were rubbish but we got there.

After reading all the reviews I was sceptical but it was delivered within a few days and it was soo simple to put together!! I re adjusted some of the levels only due to rescuing an extra large Syrian hamster but again this was so simple and easy to do!! An amazing purchase!!!! Really chuffed!!
