I was pleasantly surprised with this after reading reviews. It came the next day which was brilliant. I'm a woman and I built this in 20 mins it was kind of self explanatory I had to make a couple of adjustments to make it work I.e the hinges for the bottom opening door don't work well on the inside so I attached them to the outside and now work perfect. Our bottle was also too tall to fit on middle shelf so I've attached it to the side wall on bottom tier that now works much better too. The only issue we have is our little dwarf hammy can't get to the top tier so I've made her some ladders with apple wood sticks. Overall I'm very happy and our Hammy Luna is happy too and that's what we wanted.
