Usage

To maintain the velvet fabric, clean with dry upholstery shampoo and a wet sponge or a mild cleaner.

Vacuum with a suitable attachment.

For rubberwood, clean with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth in the direction of the grain, and wipe dry immediately after cleaning.

For items with an oiled finish, re-oil after some time to keep them in good condition.

Other information

Velvet fabric may appear different under various lighting conditions, shimmering more in daylight and looking toned down in artificial light.

The shade of the velvet may vary when stroked by hand in different directions.

To even out color and remove dents, stroke the material with an open palm in one direction, or wipe with a damp cloth or steam iron.

I love this product! Actually much more comfy than it looks, nice quality , great - vibrant - colour and adds a touch of opulence to a room. Definitely needs two people to put it together as you need to slide the whole seat section into metal slots in the arms. A word of warning too: one of the slots on mine was fitted upside down, which made it impossible to slide in. (My clever Dad worked it out, I wouldn't have had a clue!) If you're struggling, just check that the 'stopper' in the metal is at the bottom of where you are trying to slide it (sorry - this sounds confusing, but will make sense when you see it!) Apart from that, all great. Recommended!
