General description

Ronseal uPVC Paint revitalizes uPVC windows and doors with a long-lasting, durable, and flexible formula that prevents cracking and is resistant to mould and stains. It is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and maintain its appearance over time. The paint can be applied directly to the surface without the need for a primer and dries to a waterproof finish in just 1 hour.

Usage: Suitable for bare or previously painted uPVC doors, windows, and trims

Coverage: Approximately 6.5m² per litre

Installation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, and grease before painting

Lightly sand the surface with 180-220 grit sandpaper for a smooth finish

If repainting over existing paint in good condition, lightly sand with 240 grit; if flaking or cracked, sand with 120 grit

Stir the paint thoroughly before use

Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer in even coats

Allow 2-4 hours between coats; the final coat becomes waterproof in 1 hour

Usage

Apply in warm, dry weather above 10°C for optimal results

For new uPVC, paint over a period of at least 12 months after installation

For best results, apply two coats, with a possible third coat over dark colours

Other information

To maintain appearance, inspect annually for cracks, blisters, or scratches and touch up as needed

Clean brushes and rollers with warm soapy water after use
