Ronseal uPVC Paint revitalizes uPVC windows and doors with a long-lasting, durable, and flexible formula that prevents cracking and is resistant to mould and stains. It is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and maintain its appearance over time. The paint can be applied directly to the surface without the need for a primer and dries to a waterproof finish in just 1 hour.

  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, and grease before painting
  • Lightly sand the surface with 180-220 grit sandpaper for a smooth finish
  • If repainting over existing paint in good condition, lightly sand with 240 grit; if flaking or cracked, sand with 120 grit
  • Stir the paint thoroughly before use
  • Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer in even coats
  • Allow 2-4 hours between coats; the final coat becomes waterproof in 1 hour
  • Usage

  • Apply in warm, dry weather above 10°C for optimal results
  • For new uPVC, paint over a period of at least 12 months after installation
  • For best results, apply two coats, with a possible third coat over dark colours
  • Other information

  • To maintain appearance, inspect annually for cracks, blisters, or scratches and touch up as needed
  • Clean brushes and rollers with warm soapy water after use
