Usage

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle of the rug without rubbing.

For tough stains, scrape off dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a carpet cleaning liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning. Use only rug recommended cleaners.

For comfortable use, air out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally for one to two days) to allow the natural scent of the material to fade.

Other information

The rug may sporadically shed due to its fabric, which is a standard process and not considered a defect.

After unpacking, the rug requires some time to reach its desired state; it is recommended to unfold it as soon as possible and place a heavy weight on the ends for better effect.

The fabric has a shiny, soft surface that changes shade depending on the direction of the fibers and the angle of light.

Overall satisfied. I just expected better quality. To see over time the level of wear of the fibers which seem quite fragile to me.
