Good parasol, but beware of the pole diameter
I couldn't put up this sun umbrella as the 50mm diameter pole exceeds the standard base you can buy in the UK, which is usually 45mm, so buyers from the UK, please read the description more carefully than we did. The colour is also much darker than shown in the picture, it's really burgundy, a dark rich red, which we didn't like so much. Otherwise it looked a perfectly good parasol. Read more

Item not as described and damaged upon receipt
I ordered this parasol which is described as black.On receipt it’s actually grey.It was also damaged, small holes in the fabric. I contacted them and sent photos as requested. I was told the picture colour was anthracite grey( it looks black) So even though item description says black and clearly not my fault they told me I had to return it to Germany !! It’s a 3.5 metre parasol and extremely heavy And I’d only get a refund once they received it, and I had to pay the return postage too. No mention of the damage either I asked could they give me any discount but they ignored me So now I’m stuck with a damaged item in a colour I didn’t want or order Terrible customer service,they couldn’t care less. I will never buy from them again Please don’t buy from this company. Read more
