Thompsons One Coat Concrete Seal is designed to stabilize and seal concrete floors effectively. Its fast-acting formula allows for vehicle traffic just 4 hours after application, making it ideal for garage floors.

Preparation

Scrub the concrete with a stiff bristle brush to remove dust and dirt.

Open windows or garage doors for ventilation.

Use Thompson's Oil & Drive Cleaner for a thorough clean before application.

For existing oil or grease stains, apply the cleaner neat.

Ensure all cleaners are rinsed off and the surface is dry before applying the seal.

Application

Best applied on dry days above 10°C.

Stir the tin well before use.

Pour the seal into a roller tray and apply with a long pile roller in smooth strokes.

When sealing a garage floor, start from the furthest point and work towards the door to avoid trapping yourself.

Apply an even coat, spreading any puddles into dry areas.

For more porous concrete, an additional coat may be necessary after 4 hours.

Clean Up

Clean your equipment with white spirit.
