I received a completely different item than what I ordered. I'm not giving it a single star because SHOPNOVA customer service was very helpful and prompt with the refund.

Nice product, but long to assemble and not easy to do alone. A stepladder should be added to the tool list... And it's not adjustable for rotation. Contrary to what the instructions indicate, some wooden parts have been replaced with metal. It's still a nice, attractive product.
