I contacted the supplier VIDALXL who immediately responded and it is necessary for the return to be done quickly. he sent me a new fountain. I recommend this supplier who is serious, efficient with a very good communication. As for the fountain, it is just beautiful, we love it, I can not wait to position it towards my pool. thank you
