Description
General description
Thanks to this refractometer, you can easily check the quality of the grapes and thus brew your wine better. It is mainly developed to test the sugar content of original grape juice and to determine the potential alcohol content grape wine, as well as fermented grape juice. Note that it cannot be used to measure the alcohol content of wine.

Usage
To use the refractometer, place 2-3 drops of sample on the main prism, close the plate and look through the window to read the Brix value. Special optics create opposing fields of light and dark, and the boundary between both indicate the sugar content of the sample. With this tool, you can measure the Brix percentage of grapes or other fresh fruits, determine the progress of crop ripening, measure the progress of fermentation, and evaluate the amount of sugar present as well as the alcohol concentration in the grapes.
