Description

General description

These chrome plated flat electric towel rails feature an energy-efficient PTC electric heating element, combining cost-effective operation with excellent handcrafted build quality. The rails are filled with a glycol solution to prevent freezing and corrosion, reducing noise compared to traditional towel warmers filled only with water. The high specification IP64 rated CE approved PTC electrical element maintains a safe and stable temperature of 70°C, which can be adjusted with a dimmer switch. The element operates at full power until the desired temperature is reached, then reduces power to maintain it, making it more cost-effective than standard electrical elements. A bidex timer is included for scheduling operation based on time or temperature, allowing for energy savings by heating only when needed. Installation must be done outside of the bathroom by a qualified electrician, connecting to a switched 5amp fuse box.

The towel rail is plated with 40 microns of copper, 15 microns of bright nickel, and a minimum of 60 microns of chrome for superior corrosion and rust resistance.

The radiator itself is attractive and easy to install, the timer provided is the most complicated piece of equipment ever, almost impossible to schedule and saving the time is impossible.
